Seeking 4 female actors and 3 male actors.

"Death on the Primrose Path" (A Musical)

 

Logline: While at a society benefit, an aspiring socialite and a private investigator must team up to solve a murder.

 

Rose Medina: Early 20's, rich girl left penniless. She's short tempered and speaks before thinking, but has a kind heart deep down and big dreams. Her mother is forcing her to follow an expensive lifestyle.

 

Ophelia Wilder: Mid 20's, headstrong and cunning. She's a private investigator who likes to stay emotionally separate from her cases.

 

Lily Coda:  Just turned 18, small and frail in appearance. Regardless, she has a dogged determination to find out her killed her aunt, Lady Marsh.

 

Danny Clarkson:  Mid 20's male, charismatic reporter with a short temper.

 

Josh Coda:  Mid 20's male, big, blustery manner. Doesn't really get along with sister Lily.

 

Lady Andrea Marsh:  Late 50's, Lily and Josh's aunt and very rich. She's the head of the ladies' secret society and projects a kind persona.

 

Maurice Mills:  In his 50's, cold and proper, he's the butler.

 

Martha Medina: mid 40's, high strung and unwilling to listen to others. Justifies pushy personality by saying it's for her daughter's benefit.

 

 

Production details:

            •           Filming September/October

      •     Eighteen (18) total days of shooting (shoot days will be scheduled to accommodate actors).

            •           No pay, but SAG waivers available as well as all food/drinks provided and gas covered.

            •           Will receive IMDb Credit.

            •           Copy of film for your reel.

"Stop and Smell the Roses" (working title)

 

Logline: When a man's obsession with technology and social media starts to alienate him from the real world, he is abducted and taken to a place with no technology. He is forced to get acquainted with the real world as he tries to find a way to overcome his social anxiety and get back home.

 

Theodore: A young man, early 20's, he is completely attached to his computer and social media.  He's socially awkward, lacking the skill to interact with people on a face to face basis.

 

Jessica:  A young woman, early 20's, she is stuck at the same place as Theodore and teams up with him to overcome their social anxiety while trying to find a way to get out and go home.

 

Dereck:  An older man, between 28-30 years old, Dereck has been at the place they are being held for over 2 weeks and seeks the help of Theodore and Jessica to figure out a way to escape this desolate place.

 

Harriet:  Female, 40's, Theodore's mother who is looking to get her son back from the social media that has her son avoiding anything to do with the outside world.

 

Henry:  Male, 40's, Theodore's father who is also wanting to rescue his son from social media which has confined him for several years now.

 

 

Production details:

·         Filming September/October.

"In Memory Of"

 

Logline: A man is having trouble coping with the death of his girlfriend. His friends and family help comfort him and find a way to heal.

 

Scarlet: (25-30 years old) Daniel's girlfriend who has recently died. Scarlet and Daniel are crazy for each other. Scarlet is a spunky down to earth woman who is always smiling. She's a total anime and superhero movie nerd.

 

Lacey: (25-30 years old) Scarlet's sister. Lacey runs into Daniel at the park. Lacey is sarcastic, great sense of humor, and loves giving Daniel a hard time. Lacey loves Daniel as a friend and adopted brother.

 

William Davis: (35-45 years old) Head counselor of a support group Daniel decides attend. A relaxed and caring person who wants to help people in the group cope and heal.

 

 

Support group members.

·         Filming Mid-August. 

·         Eighteen (18) total days of shooting (shoot days will be scheduled to accommodate actors and that is estimated overall filming days, not for every actor).

·         No pay, drinks available.
