The Film Actor’s Workshop building on the corner of Speedway and Main (next to Circus Academy) has available studio times for rent on a monthly basis for teachers or coaches. Full teaching-ready studio with spotlights, up to 25 students, second 500 square foot breakroom/rehearsal studio and pantry area as well. On-wall pivoting television for presentations. Plenty of parking. Professional and safe environment just 3/10ths of a mile from I-10, Downtown and Pima College and Uof A.
1,200 square feet. Available in Six Hour blocks, evening or day, and All Day blocks as time allows. Call for time availability.
