Second Audition Notice for "Buried Child"

 

 

Speak The Speech Theatre is holding its second round of auditions for its April production of Sam Shepard's "Buried Child". Performance dates April 6-22. Rehearsals start in January, 2018.

 

"Buried Child" won the Pulitzer prize for literature in 1979.

 

We are still seeking women for two lead roles.

 

1.  Halie (65 years old or older)
2. Shelley (late teens to mid-20's)

 

Both of these roles are leading roles. Stipend Provided.

 

Auditions will be held from 2:00-4:00pm this Saturday at The Community Playhouse, located at 1881 N. Oracle Rd. 85705. Parking and Entrance located at the back of the building.

Please bring a 2-3-minute monologue and/or be prepared to read from the script.
