Subject: [Tucson Actors] Film Noir Short Casting Call Location and Times

Team Boom Boom Productions is putting out a casting call for actors to
audition for roles in a film that will be shot at the end of August
entitled "Top Brass." If you meet any of the role requirements, please
send us a myspace message(www.myspace.com/teamboomboom), or e-mail us
a headshot and resume to: teamboomboom@gmail.com

Please spread the word to others that may be interested! These are
NON-PAYING roles, we pay you in experience and the opportunity to be
featured in a film that will be submitted to film festivals, both
local and non-local.

It is a film noir with some comedic elements, and was written by Team
Boom Boom's David Vick, who will also be directing the film. Feel free
to contact the producer and director of photography, Taylor Genovese
if you have any questions at the e-mail address above.

We are looking for:

-Male, early 20s, large, heavy build; part-Samoan character
-Female, early 20s, deceptively innocent
-Female, any age, to play the voice of a newscaster
-Male, early 20s, to play a role of an efficient and calculating
guard; physical stunts will happen, must be willing to do fight scenes

The Audition times are:

Thursday, June 22 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
AND
Saturday, June 24 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Call-backs will be on Sunday, June 25 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, so
please keep that clear as well. We will be notifying you by phone if
you receive a call-back.

Please send an e-mail or call us to schedule an audition within the
times listed above. You can e-mail us back at this address (it is
checked 6-10 times a day, so you will get a fast response), or you can
call us (Taylor Genovese) at 520.668.8549 to schedule an audition. It
is probably easiest to e-mail, but calling is fine as well. If you are
unable to make the audition dates, please e-mail or call us, because
we can accommodate a different time if it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY (a.k.a.
you are out of town or you/your spouse is in labor).

Please prepare two contrasting monologues that total no more than 5-6
minutes in length (it can be less). Also, be prepared for some sort of
improv/ambiguous dialogue exercise (don't stress!). If you have any
martial arts experience, please prepare a 10-20 move demonstration as
well.

It is being held at Studio Connections, a fine arts academy within the
Episcopal Church of St. Matthew. It is located at 9071 E. Old Spanish
Trail. Here is the mapquest address to see a map:

More information about the film will be provided when you get there,
copies of the script will also be provided if you choose to read it.

Please make sure to bring a copy of your headshot and resume to the
audition if it is possible. It will make it much easier for us. Thank
you, and we look forward to hearing from you.
