OPEN CALL: Two male actors needed immediately

Alternative Theatre Company is holding additional auditions for:

 

A NIGHT IN VEGAS a Comedy by Joe Marshall

On:  Saturday June 24  12:30 PM

At: Wingspan 425 East Seventh Street
        1/2 block east of North 4th Ave

(Actor will read cold from script, sides are available via email)

This is an open call no appointment needed

 

Roles still needed:

 Waiter: (pivotal role) (18-30) Straight, handsome, married to an Afro-American woman

Chaz:  (Son) (18-25) Gay, handsome, lawyer, clever, kind, and masculine

The Story:

Jack (a liberal) and Helen (a conservative) twenty-five year old son, Chaz,
is finally getting married! To a man! So, why is Helen so upset? (After all
this is the millennium)
Via a series of phone conversations Helen finds out more information
than she wanted. Chaz is marrying a man twice his age! They
are also planning a very unconventional family. But a
conversation with a hotel waiter opens Helen's mind and heart. This
play takes a humorous look at both sides of the gay marriage
debate.
