Subject: Wrong evening times for Electra -- TTE

Hi Bill,

I was told that the advert for TTE’s Electra in the Tucson Theatre Announcements website has the wrong times posted.

It is suppose to be 7PM, Thur, Fri, and Sat.  --- not 730 pm

The matinee on Sunday is still 2pm

After having a year hiatus, Tucson Theatre Ensemble makes a come-back by performing a Fall Classics Festival – A Double Jolt of Electra:  “Electra” by Euripides and “Mourning Becomes Electra” by Eugene O’Neill. All performances will be at Studio Connections, 9071 E Spanish Trail Rd – between Camino Seco and Harrison.

“Electra” will open November 8, and will be performed on two consecutive weekends – Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at 7pm (Nov 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17) and one Sunday matinee at 2pm Nov 11 and 18.

After the Thanksgiving Holidays, TTE will then present “Mourning Becomes Electra.” This play will be presented in two parts.  Part One of MBE opens November 29th, and is performed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at 7pm and a Sunday Matinee at 2 pm until Dec 7. (Nov 29, 30, Dec 1, Dec 2, 6, 7 ) Part Two is performed starting December 8 and ending December 16.  (Dec 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16)

Tickets are $15.  Festival Ticket discounts for both plays (Electra and Mourning Becomes Electra Parts One and Two) and student discounts are available.  For more information, contact the box office at 271-2590.
