From a previous post…

Tucson Theatre Ensemble is pleased to announce its exciting Fall Classic Festival.  The festival includes two productions playing in rep, starting with the classic Greek tragedy, “Electra”, by Euripides, and finishing with Eugene O’Neill’s well-crafted, modernized version of the classic, “Mourning Becomes Electra.”  These are amazing scripts with large casts, and this is a fantastic opportunity for actor’s interested in classics and theatre history.  Emil Lamanda is directing “Electra” and Nicole Stein and David Greenwood will direct “Mourning Becomes Electra”, which will be split into two parts and performed over two nights, as it is a trilogy.
