Subject: Extras Needed for Feature Film Sunday, 11 October - Unpaid

 

The final day of principle photography for Derek Griffith's feature D*I*Y is this Sunday, 11 October.  It is a big concert scene and will be a lot of fun.  We need a lot of extras to play the concert goers, about 18 to 25 years old, punk rock types preferred.

 

Sunday, 10 October

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Rialto Theatre, 318 E Congress, Tucson

 

 

Dress casually, as if you were going to a concert.  No large, clearly visible logos.

 

Also, five people are needed to come earlier, 8:30 AM, to be featured extras.  Please contact Derek directly (directorsseat@mac.com) to let him know you want to be one of these actors.

 

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to pay anyone.

D.I.Y. was written and is being shot by Derek Griffith (DP on Trade In and various award-winning shorts).  It is a coming of age film about a young man who starts an independent punk rock label.
