I began this class because I saw a lack in the community. I wanted to attend a movement lab and since one didn't exist I created it. However, if there is not sufficient interest the class will be cancelled. Please come check it out this Saturday at ZUZI 12:30 -1:30

 

Creative Movement Lab  *NEW*
This class is geared toward adults who currently perform or are interested in doing so in the future. Through a variety of movement exercises we will explore the boundaries of our current abilities as movers and performers. We will create opportunities to push beyond those boundaries broadening our movement vocabularies. We will also explore the ways in which we communicate through movement (body language) both on stage and in our lives. We will work with concepts such as phrasing, spatial relationships, creative exploration, physicality exaggeration and much more. All levels of skill, ability and experience welcome and encouraged.
