Friends of Film in Arizona,

 

HB2127 is headed for its vote in the full Senate tomorrow. It’s going to be a very close.

 

We need “yes” votes from two southern Arizona Senators in particular. Please contact Senator Aboud and Senator Antenori today and ask for their support -- especially if you live in their districts.

 

Once again, let them know how the bill’s passage will effect you personally and let them know if you work in the film or tourism industries, have a small business that would benefit or are a student or educator.

 

This is about JOBS, JOBS, JOBS and millions of dollars in economic impact that our state greatly needs.

Friends of Film in Arizona –

 

You won’t be receiving these annoying emails from me for too much longer. The bill is moving quickly now, and the legislature is wrapping up in the next week or two. We have a couple more critical votes to go, and we still need your help.

 

HB2127 cleared Senate Rules and Caucus today. It will go to the floor of the Senate for a vote  possibly tomorrow or Thursday. Most of the Senators below have been supporters of this bill in the past, but we encourage you to ask them for their continued support for HB2127. You can write all of them or just contact the Senator for your district. Be sure to thank Senator John Nelson who, as the bill’s Sponsor, has worked tirelessly to get the bill this far.
