Tucson's exceptional youth ballet presents its end-of-year concert on May 20–21 at the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre.

Les Sylphides, the famous Romantic-era ballet, will be performed to the haunting music of the great composer Frederic Chopin. BT2 member Abigail Pye (age 18) dances the role of the lead sylph (a supernatural creature) with leading company dancer Mauricio Vergara as the poet.

The premiere of the children's ballet Snow White is loosely based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale. This new work will feature BT2 company member Aimee Carrick in the title role. Ballet Tucson soloist Connolly Strombeck will portray the Huntsman and Mauricio Vergara is the Prince.

Long-time Ballet Tucson Dancer and choreographer Deanna Doncsecz contributes a contemporary ballet to round out the program.
