Tucson: Arizona Opera casting men to be supernumeraries for CARMEN

Arizona Opera is looking for men to be supernumeraries for CARMEN.  These are non-singing, non-speaking roles, with very little salary, but lots of stage time. 

 

Since the men would play roles of soldiers and bullfighters, we are hoping to find young, fit men to participate.  The dress rehearsals and some of the performances take place in Phoenix, so you would need to be available to travel.

 

The first rehearsal is September 17, and the last performance is October 16.
