Acrobatics/Tumbling Class
14-Week Fall Session
Women and Men / Ages 13 through Adult
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Monday 5:30-7:00P
ORTSPACE / 121 East 7th Street (at 7th Avenue)
Improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning all muscle
groups.
Acrobatics/Tumbling
A 90 Minute open-level class for beginners through advanced ages 13+. A
1/2 hour warm-up of battements, developes, simple and complex back
arching moves, strength building, exercises and individual stretching
techniques, followed by mat and floor work to include (but not limited
to): rolls, handstands, cartwheels, backbends, front and back limbers &
walkovers, tinsicas, front & back handsprings and aerial movements such
as aerial cartwheels ("no-handed cartwheels") and somersaults.
Fall Session A (8 Weeks)

Fall Session B (6 Weeks)
November 7, 14, 21, 28
December 5, 12
*Each class is 90 Minutes in length
**Summer Session now in progress at ORTSPACE
* Registration for Session A is $104 and is due by September 5.
* Registration for Session B is $78 and is due by November 7.
* Early-bird Special: Register by August 15 PAY ONLY $140 for all
14-weeks.

Bevan Bluemer began studying Acrobatics in 1990, in Holyoke,
Massachusetts. In 1993, she began instructing this dance form, as well
as choreographing routines for National Competitions. She has studied
with various Acrobatics experts including Chuck Kelly at the Broadway
Dance Center in NYC. Ms. Bluemer has a B.A. in Writing, Performing and
Directing for the Stage from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst,
and currently works at Arizona Theatre Company.
Other terms of enrollment:
Enroll at anytime for a prorated fee of $13/class. Participate on a
"drop-in" basis for $15/class.
There will be no class on October 3, 2005
