Written in 1946, this Tennessee Williams one-act follows the musings and
fantasies of Willie, a girl forced to grow up at a young age. Through a
conversation with a young boy named Tom, Willie explores the bond of
sisterhood, the idolization of estranged family members and the expedition
of
time between childhood and sexual awakening.
