Studio Connections Extends Their Production of Once Upon a Mattress

Tucson, AZ; Mach 2, 2009 – Due to its astounding success, Studio Connections has agreed to extend the run of its current musical production – Once Upon a Mattress – through Sunday March 8th!

"I couldn't be happier," quips director Robert Encila, "the cast and crew have worked very hard on this production and for them to achieve this kind of success is especially gratifying."

Once Upon a Mattress, the Tony nominated musical by Jay Thompson, Marshall Barer, and Dean Fuller, is based on the timeless classic The Princess and the Pea. With music by Mary Rogers and Lyrics by Marshall Barer, you'll never look at fairy tales quite the same again! Crazily sweet and outrageously funny, Once Upon a Mattress is the diamond in the rough – or, in this case, the pea in the mattress!
