BORDERLANDS THEATER WILL PRESENT A STAGED READING OF YAMAHA 300 BY CUTBERTO LOPEZ
WHEN: OCTOBER 18 AT 7 PM
WHERE: THE SCREENING ROOM, 127 EAST CONGRESS
FREE ADMISSION WITH DONATIONS SUGGESTED.

Lopez, a Hermosillo based playwright explores the world of narco trafficking along the coast of Sinaloa through the eyes of  a young drug smuggler looking to get out of the business...if he can make it out alive. The play ran for six months in Mexico City, was translated into English at a LARK Play Development Center in New York and presented   this past summer as a reading at the Goodman Theater in Chicago.
