Skinner Releasing is a unique dance approach which allows us to access energy and power within us. We rediscover our natural alignment , improve strength and flexibility and awaken creativity and spontaneity.

 

 

 

Solstice Community

7 Week Workshop

Saturdays 2-3:30

$100

Beginning October 16th!

 

Men and women of all ages and experiences are invited to participate in this workshop combining dance, writing, and poetry.  The use of playful improvisation and choreographic structures will culminate in a performance piece in ZUZI!'s 13th Annual Solstice Celebration: "The Best of Solstice"!!!!!!!!!!!!
