As the title suggests, this show encompasses a wide range of music spanning the golden years as well as the most modern of Broadway and Hollywood standards. The show opens with a acknowledgment to MGM and it’s numerous blockbusters and then on to grand years of Tin Pan Alley. From there the show swiftly moves through a fast paced tribute to the legendary standards of American Musical Theatre as one might only find on Broadway in New York City. The show will include classics from Sounds of Music, There’s No Business Like Show Business, to the thrilling show stoppers from Lion King and Annie. Act II delves right into the teaching Tucson the great new show tunes, bound to be classics, from everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek. And what world wind journey would be complete without a visit to Oz as experienced through the musical adaption of Gregory McGuire’s, Wicked. All this in the Broadway musical style Kids Unlimited has become so well known for.
