Wanted: Male Dancers and Singers
Arizona Onstage Productions, will be holding open dance and singing auditions for males for the musical LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, this Sunday, March 4th, at Zuzi Dance studio
738 N 5th Ave. 5:30 PM. Dance auditions are at 5:30. If you are going to sing also, please bring sheet music.
La Cage Aux Folles is set to go up on the main stage of The Temple of Music and Art for a two weekend run in August. Rehearsals will be during the summer, so bring your conflicts.
It will be directed by Annette Hillman (Jewtopia, Gutenberg! The Musical!) with Assistant Direction by Fred Rodriguez, Music direction by Khris Dodge, and Choreography by Debbie Runge.
At this point we are casting two categories -
Le Cagelles - men who can sing and dance and look like and believe they are the most breathtaking women to ever hit the stage on the French Riviera. We are especially looking for men who can tap, high kick, and work the room. Please note, only 4 Cagelles tap.
Male singers: pass for early 20’s, if not dancing please email Fred Rodriguez at fred@ericdoeshair.com for an appt.
