Let's Get Filming in Tucson!

&
Randy Murray
AFMC President

The AFMC has developed a multi-year, grass-roots, legislative strategy designed to bring permanent Film and Media industry jobs to our state, make Arizona a place for a young creative-class to prosper, and to build a local "homegrown" industry. I plan to give an update on our first two bills, which are now in committee.

&
Laura Cortelyou

Laura Cortelyou has been the Town of Marana's tourism, marketing, and film office manager since 2016. She moved to Arizona from Santa Barbara in 2013, where she was the head of marketing for national journal, book, and academic database publishing companies based in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to that, she worked in development at the Seattle Repertory Theatre, and was the marketing director for Ensemble Theatre Company and Lobero Stage Company. She also wrote as an art critic for Visions Art Quarterly (Los Angeles), Seattle Weekly, and Santa Barbara Independent.
