I am so pumped to start a new era at TIM, shows on a Thursday night. We will be putting up two shows; at 7:30pm we start the night with the freshest faces in Tucson Comedy. The show spot will highlight our incubator team Choice Cut and our student showcases. This time slot allows us to get our newer improvisers up on a more regular basis; it's exciting what this will do for the development of our performing company. Then at 8:30pm we will start hosting a FREE Improv Jam. Timmy Budinger will be hosting this free weekly event where anyone can hop up on stage and try out improv in a fun environment. We get asked a lot how: can I try improv out, where can I get more reps; well this is the place. Tucson's first weekly open Jam. So see you tonight, and I am so pumped to see what is going to develop out of a new night of comedy!
Focusing on new teams, we are debuting our brand new harold teams this weekend. We did a big switch up in December and now it is time to put them up for the first time. Our new harold teams, Alpha and Beta will be debuting this weekend, so come support and check them out!
Last but not least, speaking of new things, Improv 101 starts next week, Wednesday, February 12th with me Justin Lukasewicz. The class only has two more seats available, so get them while they are hot. Try something new, have fun, laugh a little, look cuter, and get in on some Improv 101!
Oiu vay the original Improv Madness Champion, Kvetch Us If You Can is returning for a special engagement Friday night at 7:30pm. They were crowed champion in our first competition show March of 2015. Don't miss this special show!
