Subject: Offering a workshop next week on Breath, Voice and Joy
THE JOY OF BREATH AND THE SOUND OF JOY
Workshop is 2/19 6pm – 8pm
Sliding Scale $20-$30
Scholarships available
This is a two hour workshop on finding joy through breath and sound. We will play with relaxation and release, opening breath, humming, laughter and sound in space. Bodies and voices have a huge range of abilities and often we take for granted the things they can and cannot do. This workshop is about exploring the possibilities and embracing our human limitations to free us from judgement and seek the pleasure of movement, of creating vibration.
