"VIRGINIA WOOLF" RECEIVES UNIQUE, INTIMATE PERFORMANCE SETTING

By Chuck Graham, TucsonStage.com

A lovely buffet dinner followed by an intimate evening of theater providing food for thought...that is the promise of Things Theatrical, a new Tucson production company presenting a staged reading of “Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf” in the home of Bill Dell, 7051 Broom Tail Drive, Friday and Saturday, Feb. 28-29.

This unique event takes Edward Albee's classic living room drama directly into Bill Dell's living room, where the audience truly gets to eavesdrop on the intense conversations of Martha (Susan Arnold), George (Clark Andreas Ray), Nick (Robert Anthony Peters) and Honey (Emily Fuchs).

Maria Caprile is the director.

An open bar and dishes of cocktail party favorites from the 1960s will be served at 6 p.m., with the staged reading beginning at 7 p.m.

Tickets including all food, libations and theater are $50 each. Seating is limited.
