Desire Under the Elms by Eugene O’Neill featuring:

Callie Hutchison,  John Muller, Oscar De La Rocha, Lance Guzman, Jorge Taborda, Michael Laurio, Katie Burke, Diane Dubé, Elizabeth Falcón, and Bella Vivante.

A father whose cruelty drives his sons into desperate revenge, his first two wives into the grave, and a third wife into forbidden seduction.  The play’s classical catharsis purges and transforms into forgiveness and the uplifting power of love.

‘Desire’ based on Euripides’ play Hippolytus, and the Greek myth Phaedra, exquisitely explores the tragic excesses of greed and passion, offering an eternal lesson.

Play Review: ‘Desire Under the Elms’ an emotional, visceral ride.”  Glendale News Press.
