Subject: [IFASA] Acting Training/Practice

There is an industry truism that all actors should be training when they are
not working. To this end, I recommend the inexpensive, but valuable,
on-camera acting workshops offered at Fosi's Talent Agency. You don't have
to be signed with Fosi to take the training. Also, you can attend whenever
it is convenient, not necessarily every session.

The classes consist of on-camera performance of sides and constructive
feedback. They help beginning actors sharpen their skills, grow accustomed
to the camera, and prepare for auditions. They are also for experienced
actors who wish to maintain their abilities. It is an easy-going session
and excellent practice for beginners or experienced actors. I have
personally gained a lot from these classes.

Time: Mondays 7:00 - 9:00 PM and Saturdays 12:45 - 2:45
Cost: $15 per session
Location: Fosi's Talent Agency, 2777 N. Campbell Ave., Ste. 209 (SW corner
of Campbell and Glenn)
Phone: 795-3534

The instructor: Warner McCabe has been an accomplished film actor since the
1950s and is a longtime member of SAG. His acting credits include Little
House on the Prairie, The Young Riders, Highway to Heaven, South of Heaven
West of Hell, The Legend of Grizzly Adams, and Kid. Previously, he was also
in radio and television broadcasting.
