Scooby Doo and the Haunted Ruins

CASTING CALL AND REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Are you interested in being part of the Haunted Ruins show at the Valley of the Moon? GREAT! Everyone is welcome to join the Valley Players: youngsters, oldsters, hipsters, everyone! There is a place in our show for you! There are opportunities for non-actors too: we need lighting techs, prop builders, tour followers, advertisers, cleaners, ticket sellers, and lots more. Being a Valley Player requires a significant commitment. The rewards are joy, happiness, new friends, new skills, and fame and fortune (well, at least fame). Valley Players should plan on attending ALL casting calls, ALL rehearsals, and ALL show dates. It is a big commitment but is very rewarding.

CASTING CALL:

If you are still interested in being a player then the first step is to come to the Casting Call. At these events we will get to know everyone, read through the script, and try to determine who fits what parts.

The Casting Call will be held from 6-8PM on August 23, 24, 30, and 31.

REHEARSALS:

I'll say it again: Joining the Valley Players is a serious commitment. Please plan on attending all rehearsals. We recognize that people have lives outside of the Valley so if you absolutely must miss a rehearsal please let the director know beforehand. Rehearsals are held from 6-8PM on the following dates:

September 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 and October 4, and 5.

SHOW DATES:

As if casting calls and rehearsals weren't work enough: Players should plan on attending all show dates. If you need to miss a show you must let the director know ahead of time. The show dates are listed above in the show announcement above.
