Heats Up at TIM 

 

 

 

This week at the TIM Comedy Theater

 

TIM Super Show starts Friday at 7 PM. Already Jumped will perform a harold, and Cat Chat (Jessie Stapp Roth and Susan Leonetti) will open the show with their hilarious duo!

 

 

At 9 PM The Soap Box welcomes TIM company member Matt Tropman.  Matt will tell stories and play instruments to inspire the improv.

 

The Soap Box features the most aggressive cast of improvisers in Southern Arizona: Andrew Hatch, Jessica Hill, Cory Jenks, Daniel Kirby, Justin Lukasewicz, and Jessica Peck!

 

 

Saturday at 7 PM, Improv Throwdown takes the stage!  Our fast paced short form show features, improv games, rap battles, and improvised jokes made up right on the spot.  Which team will walk away with the street cred this week?!?!

Saturday at 9 PM, The Best Show Period is back for another run during the month of June.  This very special show features Mail Order Bride the all female long form team from The Torch Theater in Phoenix to open the show, and then the Riveters, TIM's all female improv team will close out the evening!

 

 

Amy Carpenter Improv Workshops

Amy started improvising in 1999 with The University of Arizona's Charles Darwin Experience. Since then, she's performed at improv festivals in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Phoenix, and Tucson. She now divides her time between Phoenix and Austin, TX. She is a member of the all-woman Phoenix improv troupe Mail Order Bride.

 

 

TIM Comedy School Heats Up 

 

Every class in our improv comedy curriculum will be starting a new section before the end of July.  This includes our first Improv 501 focusing on Advanced harold.
