The 32nd annual Southwest Arts Conference will take place August 13 and 14, 2009 outside of the Phoenix city core at the Carefree Resort and Villas.
SWAC 2009 will focus on the theme, “Safety/Sustainability/The Future is No Accident,” and will address the economic crisis and its effects on the arts and education sectors, and the fact that within the tumult there are terrific opportunities.
Perhaps now more than ever, we must make use of opportunities to learn from and network with each other, as arts colleagues from across the state. Do not miss the annual convening of the Arizona arts community!
