When:            June 1-19, 2009,  9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

 

 

Special Instructions:  Deadline for registration is Wednesday, May 27. Class sizes are limited.

New and experienced actors will learn:

• How to improve and enjoy their onstage experience
• Creating believable performances through in-depth character analysis
• Audition techniques used by the most successful professional actors
• Creating a “living” stage character
• Dramatic and character improvisation
• Effective make-up, costume and technical techniques
• Confidence, collaboration and self-esteem
• Playwriting
• Critical thinking and constructive evaluation of peers 

 During each 3-week session, students will work with professional actors, directors and theatre arts educators.

 Regular registration is $300 (9-12 years) and $375 (13-16 years) – deadline May 22, 2009

 Late registration is $330 (9-12 years) and $ 413 (13-16 years) – deadline May 27, 2009
