The OVTG proudly announces OPEN AUDITIONS for the upcoming production at the IRHS Black Box Theatre of The FANTASTICKS. Music by Harvey Schmidt. Lyrics by Tom Jones.

Audition Dates: May 26 and 27 at 7 PM
Location: Ironwood High School Black Box Theater, 2475 W. Naranja, Oro Valley (between La Cholla Blvd and Shannon Rd., west end of campus)

Performance Dates: July 16, 17 at 7 pm July 18 at 2 pm and 7 pm

Rehearsal begins June 9 through performance dates, Tues., Wed. Thurs. 7-9:30 pm

You must be prepared to sing the following:

El Gallo - Try to Remember
Luisa - Much More
Matt - Metaphor
Hucklebee and Bellomy - Plant a Radish

Matt + Luisa - Soon It’s Gonna Rain

There will be several non-singing roles: Mortimer, the Mute, Henry, etc.

You will also be asked to move (dance).

Understudies will be cast and will do a matinee.

All roles open. Please bring headshot and résumé.
