Mio Morales and The ABCs of EASE:  Getting Started with The Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is a unique and powerful way to respond to any situation with increased ease and flexibility rather than with unnecessary tension.

Each of us is naturally well-coordinated but we often get in our own way without knowing it. Usually, it's not until we're in pain or fail to get the results we'd like that we realize there might be a better way to do things.

This workshop will help you to become aware of WHEN you are interfering with your coordination and HOW you can improve the quality of what you're doing with EASE. Using words and gentle hands-on guidance, Mr. Morales will work with participants in a group setting.

Everyone can benefit:

  • Performers looking to enhance their technique and expression
  • People who do Yoga or exercise for self-improvement
  • Even people seeking relief from back pain or repetitive stress injury

If you move when you do it the Alexander Technique can help you do it with EASE.
Come to a workshop. A.T. is fun, easy to learn and you'll be amazed at how quickly you can improve just about anything you do.
