BORDERLANDS THEATER TO PRESENT A TUCSON PASTORELA BY MILTA ORTIZ AND THE PASTORELA GHOST WRITERS. DECEMBER 19-22,2013. LEO RICH THEATRE (TCC), 260 S. CHURCH AVE.
ONE WEEKEND ONLY!
The shining Star of our Season rises for the 18th year! Shepherds, Sheep and Dog trek to Belen guided by La Estrella. Their journey is fraught with perils, temptations, and scary Diablos but also fueled by hope, love, Glorious Archangels and singing Kings! Join them in their adventure and witness with them the Miracle of the birth of the Baby Jesus. Live Waila music with Gertie and the T.O. Boyz and piñatas for the little ones. Special performance by Ballet Folklorico Tapatio before Sunday’s matinee.
