Casting Details: Tucson filmmaker Ben Lopez is currently casting for Sexo en Paraiso, his
next independent feature film. His production company, VientoFuego Productions, will be
shooting from mid May through July, 2008. Ben is looking for Spanish-speaking actors for

Production Location(s): Tucson, Southern Arizona and possibly Rocky Point, Mexico.

Cast Breakdown:

Blanca, (Female, 19-29 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - Intelligent, sexy and mysterious,
Blanca embodies temptation and danger.

Alex, (Female, 19-29 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - Tough, sweet and a hopeless romantic,
Alex seeks true love sometimes in forbidden places.

Detective Sanchez, (Male, 28-48 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - Relentless and tragically
flawed. Sanchez is completely obsessed by a recent criminal case.

Raul, (Male, 18-36 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - A pothead with a great but dark sense of
humor. Raul is an important element of a criminal investigation.

Carlos, (Male, 18-32 yrs. old, athletic build) - A true alpha male, Carlos is intense,
aggressive and highly unstable.

Blanca's Dad, (Male, 38 to 58 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - A devout conservative, he drives
his daughter crazy.

Blanca's Mom, (Female, 38 to 38 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - A devout conservative, she
drives her daughter crazy.

Alex's Dad, (Male, 38 to 58 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - With a heart of gold, he loves his
daughter and wants the best for her future.

Alex's Mom, (Female, 38 to 38 yrs. old, Spanish speaker) - Deeply religious. Although she
wants Alex to marry and have children as soon as possible.

Police Officer #1, (Male, 18-28 yrs. old) - A rookie in the police force. He's teamed up with
a veteran officer to clean up crime scenes.

Police Officer #2, (Male, 28-38 yrs. old) - A veteran of the police force, he is disgruntled,
bitter and mean.

**Rough Outline of Time Commitment: 3 to 20 days of actual production spread over two
and a half months (depending on the role).**
