Moon Over BuffaloBy Ken Ludwig

Directed bySteven Frankenfield

“Hilarious…building up its laughs methodically shtick by shtick...Ludwig stuff his play with comic invention, running gags...and a neat sense of absurdity...Go and enjoy!”- N.Y. Post

An acting couple, Charlotte Hay (Carlisle Ellis) and George Hay (Michael Woodson) are on tour in buffalo with a repertory consisting of Cyrano de Bergerac and Noel Coward’s Private Lives. They have been given one last shot at the big time as they learn the great director, Frank Capra is on his way to see their matinee. Will Charlotte appear or run off with their lawyer (Dwayne Palmer). Will Goerge be sober enough to emote? Will their lovely daughter (Holli Henderson) perform in the show or stick to her guns of quitting the family business? Will Capra see Cyrano, Private Lives, or a disturbing mixture of the two? Hilarious misunderstandings, madcap misadventures, topped with Charlotte’s aging deaf mother (Roberta Streicher) produces a side-splitting evening for every audience member. You’ll laugh til you cry and that’s only the first five minutes! A not to be missed evening of comedy.
