Looking for people to play Jesus in a short art video

Looking for people with shoulder-length or longer hair, parted in the middle, to play Jesus in a short art video called “Urban Jesus.”  Having a Jesus costume is a plus, but not necessary.  Having a light beard is a plus but not necessary.

No pay, but you can add this to your reel and you will have a strong possibility of getting wide exposure.  I’m planning to show the finished short at festivals, cable access TV stations, and mainstream TV stations that broadcast short films.

“Urban Jesus” was inspired by the book, The Wholly Bible:  What I Intended, which is a compilation of channeled messages from Jesus.  I have permission from the publisher to use the text word for word.  In “Urban Jesus,” Jesus walks around Tucson saying these messages in front of backgrounds which exemplify what he is talking about.  Jesus addresses modern problems concerning, religion, government, the environment, and other issues.

The shooting schedule will be flexible and no long days.
