Family & Community Medicine at The University of Arizona is looking to audition actors for
two roles in the production of video segments for an educational website.

Auditions will be by invitation only on July 9th.
The shoot will be one full day (8 hours) between July 14 - 18 depending on actor/crew
availability.
This is a non-SAG shoot.
Pay is $150 + lunch and a copy of the completed piece (DVD)
Selected actors will need to fill out a UA independent contractor form which requires SSN
and citizenship or visa information

Roles:

Patient: Hispanic Male 75+ years old.
Doctor: 40s Male or Female.
