-- Pima Community College performing arts department is pleased to present the PCC Jazz Ensemble in concert, under the direction of Mike Kuhn. The program features
a tribute to the big bands and several contemporary selections. Tributes include “IN THE MOOD” for Glenn Miller, “LI'L DARLIN'” for Count Basie, “BIG SWING FACE” for Buddy Rich, and “SING, SING, SING” for Benny Goodman.

In addition to instructing jazz ensemble and improvisation classes at PCC, Kuhn plays the jazz saxophone with a variety of venues around the greater Tucson area.
 
The Jazz Ensemble Concert is open to the public. Tickets are available at the Center for the Arts box office, located on West Campus at 2202 West Anklam Road, Tucson, (just west of downtown and I-10 on St. Mary’s Road, which turns into Anklam Road). Box office hours are Tuesday-Friday, noon-5 p.m. and one hour prior to performance.
