The Santa Cruz Shoestring Players announce auditions for their Fall play, “Born Yesterday” by Garson Kanin.  Auditions will be held Tuesday and Thursday, September 13 and 15 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Performing Arts Center.  The Center is located at 1250 W. Continental Road, Green Valley, Arizona.

Ten male and four female actors are needed.  Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.  We are an all-inclusive community theater; everyone is welcome.

"Born Yesterday”, a comedy set in Washington, DC, is as politically relevant today as it was in 1946 during its very long run 1946 on Broadway.  The popular 1950 movie starred Judy Holiday and Paul Douglas.
