Subject: ENDGAME Will Engage Your Heart AND Make You Think
Laugh, empathize & think. Samuel Beckett's Endgame will make you do all three.
The world of "Endgame" is a bare room with two windows. One
looks to the sea. The other, to the land. The room is inhabited by
four characters: Hamm, blind and unable to leave his armchair;
Nagg and Nell, his ancient enfeebled parents; and Clov, who walks with a painful limp. Unable to sit, he orbits the other three carrying out their tasks. In a world of such constraints and loss, they commit the heroic act of continuing.
Tickets are just $7 General Admission in the Harold Dixon Studio (Room #116 in the Drama Bldg). This is an intimate, 55-seat theatre where there is not a bad seat in the house! (Length 105 minutes - no intermission.)
