Musical composers Lane Harmon and Roger King were inspired by Frida Kahlo's brilliant mind, playful humor and curiosity, and her art's potent universal resonance of physical and psychological pain and hope. Her capacities to conceal and reveal in profoundly beautiful ways extends her connection with herself to reach our deepest human fragility and power. The CD collection of original songs performed in Artifact Dance Project's production of Frida is entitled Inside The Blue House: Love Notes To Frida.
