Kenneth Levy,
Former FCC Attorney
Kenneth Levy has practiced telecommunications law for his entire career, first at the FCC, where he was in a senior position during the breakup of AT&T and the Bell System in 1984. He then served as General Counsel of the organization that administered large universal service support programs for high cost telecommunications services, low income customers and schools and libraries. Currently, he works with attorneys and consumer advocates representing consumers before the FCC and the courts.
