Bisbee's Obscure Productions Announces Free Improv Classes

Bisbee's Obscure Productions announces a free improvisational acting class based on Theater Games. Theater Games are a series of fun and challenging acting exercises that formed the basis of the training of actors in Second City, Saturday Night Live and Whose Line is it Anyway?

Actors ages 15 and up will learn to create characters and scenes in the moment. While most of the emphasis will be on the comic moments, actors will explore the serious times also. There will be performance opportunities for actors who are committed to the project.

The first class will meet Thursday evening, August 21 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Dance Oasis Studio, 64 Erie Street in the Lowell Section of Bisbee. The class will meet most Thursday nights thereafter. Classes will be free, though donations toward studio rent will be gratefully accepted.

For more information, call (520) 432-2901 or email bisbeesobscure@gmail.com.
