Subject: AUDITION NOTICE - LOST - A POP OPERA by Arizona Onstage Productions this Sunday

LOST - A POP OPERA - Winner of best musical previously at the New York City Fringe Festival, LOST by Jessica Grace Wing will be presented October 31 - November 2 for five performances only. Go to www.arizonaonstage.org for more information on LOST.  This will be a high profile production with agents from other cities coming to see this, as well as a cast recording for future productions being made.

Arizona Onstage Productions, a multi-award winning music theater company ( SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD, ELEGIES, SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE), brings this tantalizing retelling of Hansel and Gretel (Hanlon and Gabby), a "geeky boy and his precocious sister who are enticed into the woods by a mad scientist whose crazed wife, Mamba, wants to harvest their organs." (The New Yorker) The script is by Kirk Wood Bromley.  Mr. Bromley will be in attendance.

Please a note to auditioners - this score is complicated, classically flavored, with a pop sensibility and varying rhythms. Those who want to audition should be able to sight read notes, or be very savvy with difficult harmonies and abnormal time signatures in the score.
