REDONDO MUSIC THEATRE Auditions Announced
for 2008-2009 Season Opener
"CAROUSEL"
Open "Drop In" auditions for RMT's November production of "Carousel" are set for Tuesday, Sept. 23 & 24, 2008, from 6:30 – 9 pm, at the Randolph Park Recreation Center, 200 S. Alvernon (south of Broadway). Call-backs are Sept. 25 at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Christ Presbyterian Church, 6565 E. Broadway (1 block E. of Wilmot) Ample off-street parking available at both locations.
ALL ROLES ARE OPEN!
Performances are Nov. 6, 7, 8 @ 7:30 pm, & Nov. 9 @ 2:30 pm. All performances are at the Leo Rich Theater in the Tucson Convention Center complex, 260 S. Court Ave. There is a special performance at the Skyline Country Club, Nov. 13 @ 7:30 pm - with a rehearsal on Nov. 12.
Rehearsals begin Sunday, Oct. 5, Sundays through Fridays. No Saturdays. All actors will not rehearse every night. Rehearsals at Christ Presbyterian Church.
Needing: Carrie Pipperidge, Julie Jordan, Mrs. Mullin, Billy Bigelow (strong Baritone), Juggler, 1st Policeman, David Bascombe, Nettie Fowler, Enoch Snow, Jigger Craigin, Arminy, 2nd Policeman, Captain, 1st Heavenly Friend, (Brother Joshua), 2nd Heavenly Friend, Starkeeper, Louise, Carnival Boy, Enoch Snow, Jr., Principal, Dr. Seldon, Townspeople, Amusement Park Carnies, Youngsters, and Seafaring Men.
Bring proper apparel for dance staging (no tap), sheet music in your key (NO ROCK), photo/resume—unless already in our files.
