Film Casting - Wild Action/Comedy Short
[Student Film]
University of Arizona student filmmaker, Katie Gault, Director of the 2008 action/comedy film entitled, "Snowfall" is currently casting for her Senior Thesis Film. This short film is a wild action/comedy about a group of lunch ladies that form a Mafia to fight against the corrupt school principal.
Roles:
MARLENE - Female. 50+ years old. Sweet lunch lady, who is happy with her job.
BARB - Female. 50+ years old."Marlon Brando" of the lunch ladies "mafia." Very manipulative. Smokers voice.
JAMES - Male. 50+ years old. Marlene's secret janitor boyfriend. Nice and sarcastic.
BERTHA - Female. 70+ years old (or older!) The oldest actresses in town. Bertha only has one line, but she is vital to the storyline.
Please note: All 'lunch ladies' must be willing to be involved in a staged food fight. Soft food (i.e. mashed potatoes) will be thrown at you.
