Subject: Creative Movement Lab at ZUZI!
ZUZI is offering a new movement workshop that focuses on physicalization, physical relationships, physical freedom and creativity. This movement lab is NOT a dance class, although dancers are welcome. This lab is geared toward theatre practitioners and other creative people interested in broadening their awareness of the physical world; our affect upon it and it's affect upon us. Sessions will include partner work, status study, spacial relationships, tension and release work as well as a variety of other things.
Participants in this lab are encouraged to bring suggestions for movement based activities to the facilitator. For one hour on Saturdays we will create a space to explore ourselves and our personal works through the medium of movement.
