Happy Birthday Michael Jackson – Celebrate MJ52 on SUNDAY, AUGUST 29th from

3-8pm: *MJ Memorabilia – Vendors, Trivia and more*1st, 2nd and 3rd PRIZES – You are the Judge! Contests Include: Moon Walking, MJ Look-A-Like, Best Design – Glove, Name that MJ Movement and Dunbar Barber Academy’s Michael Jackson Fade and Taper Competition. Audience Participation Includes:  Sing-A-Long to Michael’s Best-Loved Songs, Soul Train Line, Dance Like Michael, “Two New Michael Jackson Line Dances” Also: The African Influence on MJ’s Style – Dance, Music and Video with Ada Dieke, “Remember the Time” and take a picture with Michael - Photo Gallery, and Free Chair Massage.  Dance Performances will include West Coast Swing to “Man in the Mirror” danced by gold level ballroom dancer Robert Grace and his partner Amy Kopke, some of the most talented high school dancers Daisia Ferguson and Ayonna Johnson show their rendition of Michael and Janet’s “Scream”, Leonie as “Billie Jean”, experts from “Bad” choreographed by our new Hip Hop Instructor Ms. Stephanie Johnson, straight out of St. Louis, Mo, the celebration would not be complete without “Thriller” re-staged by Shakayla Byrd, we have that, too.  Complete with more surprises from some of our most gifted youths.
