A couple plans a romantic escape to France. On their way, their car breaks down on the Dover road. They are forced to take refuge in a remote house owned by the mysterious Mr. Latimore. Over the course of a late supper, Mr. Latimore reveals that the breakdown may not have been as accidental as the couple thought.
The couple soon learns that there is another couple staying in the house. During the next few days, Mr. Latimore teaches the four "strangers" about love and life in this charming play by A. A. Milne, the author of "Winnie the Pooh."
Featured performers in "The Dover Road " include Bruce Bieszki, Drew Kallen, Cristin Phibbs, Mike Saxon, Tina Swope.
The show lasts two hours. There is a fifteen-minute intermission. The Comedy Playhouse has lit, adjacent parking.
