We are looking for: Performers of diverse backgrounds to participate in our up-coming
11/12 Season! Auditions will be held Thursday August 4th from 5pm-8:30pm at the Borderlands Offices by appointment only. Borderlands Theater: 40 W. Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85701

We are auditioning for OUR FIRST upcoming production:
26 MILES by Quiara Alegría Hudes
In this hilarious and sweet coming of age tale, a vivacious Cuban mother reunites with her lonely, half-Jewish teenage daughter after eight years of estrangement. They embark on an impromptu cross-country road trip where they finally unpack the tension of different cultural identities and resentments as they discover a commonality they never knew they had.
September 15- October 2, 2011
Cast: 1 female play 15 yrs. old (white or latina), 1 female 40-45 yrs. (latina), 2 males 40's (white or latinos).
