Arizona Theatre Company kicks off third season of Café Bohemia with award-winning play, “Spark”

 

WHAT:            Arizona Theatre Company welcomes back its third season of Café Bohemia to Tucson. Café Bohemia is a series of diverse new works from inventive playwrights. This season of Café Bohemia kicks off with “Spark” by Caridad Svich, who will be present at the reading, as she continues to develop the script with feedback from guests.

 

“Spark” is a play about three sisters living in the United States, caught in the mess of a recent war’s aftermath. A contemporary U.S. story of faith, love, war, trauma and a bit of healing.

 

WHO:              Caridad Svich, a co-winner of Arizona Theatre Company’s 2013 National Latino Playwriting Award.

 

WHEN:            “Spark” Saturday, Oct. 12 at 9 p.m.
